Searipple Caravan Park Feasibility
Client: City of Karratha
The City of Karratha had previously undertaken high-level master planning to identify a feasible pathway, which could integrate tourism accommodation into the Karratha Golf Course.
RFF was engaged to review the previous work and assess the overall likelihood that the project will proceed, from a finance, approvals, utilities and tenure point of view. The overarching review identified that immediate demand was unlikely and that there should be a focus on site preparation, including upgrades to utilities and resolution of land tenure.
In 2019 the City resolved to progress the masterplan, including implementation steps, which aligned with the recommendations made.
