LandCorp secured funding to progression approvals and masterplanning to make a portion of land referred to as The Stables Precinct in Port Hedland development ready.
RFF was appointed through competitive tender to coordinate the masterplanning planning and scheme amendment process. The site included numerous approvals and development issues including aboriginal heritage, storm surge and coastal inundation and existing community uses within the development area
RFF coordinated the project team to develop a master planning and site development outcome which carefully balanced site constraints alongside development yield, securing support from affected community groups and the Town of Port Hedland.
